What is an Early Head Start Child Care Partnership
EHS-CC Partnerships (EHS-CCP) combine the strengths of child care and Early Head Start programs. By layering funding, EHS-CCP provide comprehensive services and high-quality learning environments to low-income working families with infants and toddlers. Long-term benefits of the program include:
